At 1 am, a TV in the opposite room was on loud through the whole speaker system until 5 am. No way to contact anyone. No one answered the phone, and it turned out nobody was in the room; the TV turned on by itself. Despite the sleepless night, we never heard a single apology. On the bright side, breakfast was great, the place was clean, and the setting was nice.
