The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless; my kids were thrilled with the welcome puppy towel from Yuliia. The breakfast area was spacious and well‑arranged, and the pool was a hit with the kids while the hot tub was a treat for the adults. The only downside was that the bathroom door and cabinet door were connected and slid together—there should be a proper bathroom door.
