Masseria Valente, an 18th‑century Puglian farmhouse, sits on 37 hectares between Ostuni and the Adriatic. Air‑conditioned studios offer private entrances, verandas, kitchenettes, and free toiletries. A very pretty spot among olive trees with a nice pool. The room was clean and suitable for one or two nights. However, it’s far from everything; you need 10–15 minutes to reach a road, and once you’re there you won’t leave. Paying 5 € for a pool towel should be free. The rooms are poorly sound‑proofed. The restaurant is pricey and the portions are tiny.

The surroundings were beautiful, the staff super welcoming, breakfast delicious, the room clean and spacious. The pool was nice for a few hours, and it was close to Ostuni and the beach. It was also great that our room was ready earlier than expected.

The outdoor setting is idyllic, yet the room isn’t very comfortable or bright. We were cramped together even though the property is huge, and sound‑proofing is poor. There’s no water, coffee, or tea, and the fridge doesn’t work.

Quiet, nicely located between olive trees with good food. The reception was a bit slow, although all other staff were very friendly. There were many bees at breakfast, so eating outside felt like a vacation, but the setting was perfect.

The atmosphere and excellent breakfast were highlights, but we were given a second‑floor room that was outdated and lacked basics like an electric kettle, espresso machine, or cups. The phone didn’t work and the TV was basic.
