The front desk here tops all other Korean hotels I've stayed at, especially the female staff member who handled everything professionally; she helped us switch to a quieter twin room without any hassle.

The location was perfect for my needs, close to local shops, the subway, Lotte Tower, the malls, and Olympic Park; I appreciated the free water, juice, and coffee, a handy fridge, lovely shampoo in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers, and fresh towels every day—nothing was missing, it was great.

Very convenient location, clean and spacious room, and quiet. I slept very well. The staff were also very kind and trustworthy; I accidentally left my passport after checking in and they brought it to my room. I chose the hotel for its proximity to Suseo since I was catching a train the next day, and it was very easy and fast to get there.

The hotel is in a great spot, just near the Koreatown station, which made it easy to get around.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was convenient being close to the station. However, the bathtub had some issues - the water didn't drain well and ended up overflowing from the drain outside the tub, so I didn't end up using it. The bathroom lighting was also pretty dim, which was a bit of a hassle.
