The whole place was tucked in nature, the traditional accommodation felt like a complete escape, and the futons were great 😁. Breakfast was available if you arranged it before returning, and the evening meal could be taken on the outdoor terrace on the mat floor (you’d need to bring that too 😉). There’s a shopping centre in Boseong. A lovely experience.

It had a typical vibe, but the place was dirty, the towels had insects, and the location was too far out.

No breakfast, a distant receptionist who didn’t speak English, and the price was far too high for what was offered.

The setting is beautiful and the ancient house is quiet, away from crowds. You’re left on your own, which is fine if you enjoy that, but there’s little to do and not much info on where to find things in town. Great for an adventure, just be ready. The kitchen needs more cutlery and tableware; it’s barely usable.
