The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was fine since I was the only guest. The neighbourhood feels a bit run down and parking is difficult, but it’s fairly easy to get into the city and to Herne Bay or Whitstable.

I really loved my stay here. I didn’t expect such a comfortable, quiet, and high‑quality homestay. The house was easy to find, with a beautiful and distinctive exterior. When I arrived in the evening, everything was peaceful and quiet. The host who welcomed me was an extremely kind, warm, patient, and considerate lady. She showed me the facilities carefully, chatted with me, and asked what I would like for breakfast the next morning. The room was spotless, quiet, and had no unpleasant smell at all. The bathroom was also very clean. I especially appreciated the large bottle of water and the clean kettle in the room, which was very thoughtful. The bed was soft and comfortable, the pillow height was perfect, and I slept very well. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful back garden. The window faced the garden, which was spacious, peaceful, and full of plants, vegetables, fruits, and terraces. It made the whole stay feel very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent as well. The host prepared a generous and delicious breakfast with coffee, yoghurt, eggs, sandwiches, and fruit. Having breakfast while looking out at the garden was a lovely experience. The host also gave me helpful travel suggestions and answered my questions patiently. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and best‑value homestays I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it.

I was greeted with great warmth and instantly felt at home with the little family; the two boys were very kind, and I didn’t hear them at all. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful, and I savored every bite. The location a bit away from the city center didn’t bother me; instead, I enjoyed wandering through the alleys to admire the villas and parks. It was a super calm spot.

The place sits right on the frequent UNi2 bus line that takes you to and from the city, and Naomi was incredibly welcoming. I arrived early and had a strange plan to run, return, shower, and leave, which Naomi happily accommodated. Parking is a bit tight, so don’t bring your Chelsea Tractor.
