The area was good, yet housekeeping was lacking.

The room was smaller than expected, and the refrigerator was also smaller than anticipated. We paid for an upgraded room, but it felt no different from a standard room with two full‑size beds instead of the promised queen‑size beds. The bathroom had leaks in the ceiling, and we reported these issues, but they were only partially addressed. We ended up staying longer than planned, yet the value and pricing did not match what we had expected. We anticipated a suite-like superior upgraded room, but the space was insufficient for two adults and two children. When we tried to resolve the situation with front office, they did little. Initially, we secured a good rate under $400 for seven days, but after extending our stay to two months and requesting additional discounts, we did not receive them; the explanation was unsatisfactory. For the $450 a week charged for an upgraded room, the space and amenities were inadequate, especially after 60 days. Overall, the experience was a major disappointment for a family in transition.

The area was acceptable, but housekeeping fell short.

The first room was still under construction, and the second one was infested with bugs everywhere. When I complained, the manager scolded me, and four police cars showed up for an incident. I will never book here again because they clearly have no idea how to assign guests to suitable rooms. Shame on you.
