The spot was convenient, just a walk to Manda Hill.

The staff were very helpful and polite, but 1) laundry was billed separately from the main bill, 2) the restaurant menu was limited and room‑service dinner was not delivered on time, 3) the internet was so bad I couldn’t stream anything on the smart TV, and 4) at night the shower only had hot water for under 5 minutes before it turned cold.

Clean and very spacious, but parking is scarce and some restaurant staff seem clueless about how to interact with guests, though overall the stay was pleasant.

The room and toilet were quiet and large, yet there was no hanger in the built‑in wardrobe and the manager or supervisor on duty wouldn’t come to help.
