I didn’t get into my room until two hours after check‑in, and when I finally did, it was the wrong room; bugs were everywhere, the maintenance team came to fix the plumbing but the sinks still backed up except the toilet, and I didn’t receive a key until the night before departure. Every time I left, I had to go to the front desk and be escorted back up the elevator because I had no key. The second room we were moved into had the same bugs and plumbing problems. It was a mess, no internet all day, and I couldn’t watch TV because there was no service. I truly believe a refund is owed to everyone who booked that weekend or week.

I stayed in the 12th‑floor studio queen oceanfront, loved it, and the balcony view was awesome, but there was no breakfast.
