The staff, Carmen and Roland, were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully appointed and the walks around were lovely. It was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a long soaking bath with lavender‑infused salts—just gorgeous. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed at this charming bed and breakfast right in the heart of Stellenbosch, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—situated in the beautiful Cape Winelands, peaceful and tranquil, yet still very convenient. We were only a short distance from the venue where my husband and I were attending a function, which made everything so easy for us. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, exactly what we needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality; our host is incredibly artistic and went above and beyond—he even helped me with my makeup (my lashes!), a thoughtful and personal touch. Even though we only stayed for one night, it left a lasting impression. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The host was good and very helpful, and the view was nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had to arrive earlier and leave later, which was fine. I might have wanted a slightly lower price, but overall it was okay.

The place offered serenity, calm, and great views of the location—it's a pity we only spent one night. We went to a wedding at Nooitgedacht, and the location was convenient. Roland and Carmen were hospitable and friendly. The TV could not be switched on, but that wasn't a major issue since we only overnighted at the venue.

What a wonderful hidden gem. We booked to be close to a wedding and this accommodation exceeded our expectations! Not only was the view magnificent, the room was huge and lovely, and the hosts Roland and Carmen were so friendly and welcoming, accommodating our special requests. It was so quiet and serene that I couldn't believe we were only a few minutes away from everything we needed. There was a well‑stocked “minibar” with snacks, filter coffee/tea, a big bath and shower, and even thoughtful little details like fresh lavender on the pillow and lovely salts for a soak in the tub. The beds were super comfortable as well. We were told there were dogs on the property, but they were completely separate from where we were, and Roland and Carmen made sure they did not come near our room. (We are dog lovers, so we asked to meet them as we left and they happily obliged :) ) It is very conveniently situated to visit many beautiful wine farms, so be sure to allow a few days to visit multiple places. We will definitely be back, for longer, and to try the breakfast with the fresh eggs laid by their chickens! Nothing negative—everything was great!
