The location was truly stunning, with a tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking views.
The staff even went above and beyond by giving us a free upgrade since we were celebrating our 10th anniversary
My stay at this resort was nothing short of luxurious, with breathtaking views that took my breath away.
The pools were perfect, the beaches spotless, and the food exquisite.

“Unhappy”
The bar and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly; the bedding was changed only once. We booked a cottage with a private pool, yet the pool was always dirty and full of leaves, only cleaned once the day before we left.
“Good option and good value”
The hotel is beautiful and offers very good facilities. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive and professional, both in the restaurants and throughout the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. However, the quality of the food was disappointing, both at breakfast and in the restaurants. Many of the ingredients and products seemed to be of poor quality, and there was a noticeable lack of consistency. A hotel of this standard should serve the same dish in the same way every time. For example, the French fries were sometimes served cold and appeared to have been reheated, while the children’s burger came with tomato on one occasion and without it on another…
“HOTEL DE ENSUEñO...UN PARAISO PARA REPETIR”
Excellent hotel. I would repeat the stay. A perfect location and environment if you want relaxation and peace. The size and decoration of the rooms are excellent. The pools delighted us. And the best thing is the hotel staff, always trying to help beyond their duties, especially the bartender at the bar next to reception and especially Sandra (Spanish) who does an incredible job, it feels like you’re at home and she tries to make your stay perfect; professionals like her make you want to return to the same hotel. We were given a room upgrade… a villa with two rooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and a private pool, a marvel. Total involvement for my daughter’s food problems. Also the price‑quality ratio is one of the best. Regarding the TI, I recommend it, although it’s a different concept than we’re used to. In short, I would return both for the staff and the facilities. To be honest, the beach is not the most idyllic; don’t expect white sand or turquoise water (but the pool and environment make up for it). And having to rely on the boat that takes you implies you have to adjust to the schedules (I personally had to say they sent another boat so we didn’t have to wait so long).
“Fantastic resort island, very quiet and relaxed, highly recommended families with older children”
From the moment we were dropped off by the boat taxi at the island to the accommodation, food and facilities, everything was amazing; my teenage children and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would love to return. The villa with the infinity pool was sublime and a great place to relax. When we arrived, there was no power on the island because of technical issues at the mainland, so the AC was off, but the hotel was very accommodating and provided drinks and ice creams, which was nice. We also had problems with the AC in one of the bedrooms, which took a day or two to fix. The main pool and slide were closed, which was disappointing as we were not aware of this until we arrived.
“It is worth to stay in pool villa, otherwise better to stay on mainland”
1. Staff attitude and service recovery – When we arrived, the door lock was malfunctioning and the air conditioning was not working properly. Despite several unsuccessful attempts to repair the door, the hotel management handled the situation exceptionally well. They offered compensation and upgraded us free of charge to a pool villa, which was an excellent upgrade. Although there were some technical issues at the beginning of our stay, the staff’s attitude and their response to the situation were excellent. 2. Pool villa bedroom – The bedroom was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with direct access to the pool. 3. Spacious bathroom – The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, featuring a separate shower room, a large bathtub, and direct access to the pool. 4. Fantastic views – The villa offered spectacular views of the tropical landscape and the sea. 5. Swimming pool – The pool was a good size and long enough for proper swimming, rather than being purely decorative. 6. Well-equipped room – The room provided all the necessary amenities and accessories for a comfortable stay. 7. Tropical surroundings – The hotel is beautifully integrated into the natural landscape, with abundant tropical plants and an authentic island atmosphere. 1. Location and surroundings – The hotel itself is attractive and well maintained, but the surrounding area is considerably less appealing. Immediately outside the hotel, the island has a relatively poor and somewhat untidy village environment, which may be uncomfortable for some visitors. The mainland pier is also located in a rather run-down neighborhood. The hotel does have its own private pier on the mainland, which operates during high tide . 2. Limited dining options – There are very few options for food outside the hotel, so guests are essentially dependent on the hotel’s restaurants. Prices are relatively high, while the quality and taste of the food did not always meet our expectations. 3. Limited access to shops and services – There are virtually no shops, convenience stores, or other useful services on the island, and there are very limited options in the immediate vicinity on the mainland as well. This makes the hotel quite isolated from everyday amenities. 4. No air conditioning in the bathroom – The bathroom does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable given the tropical climate, particularly after using the shower or bathtub
