I had a rough night with no AC, just a fan, and the bathroom smelled like sewage and had huge cockroaches; the shower didn’t drain. The indoor pool was dirty with seaweed on the floor, and it was cold, so I doubt anyone would enjoy it. I was the only guest, and whenever I asked for anything—even to boil water for a quick coffee—service was slow; the staff were mostly teenagers who barely spoke English. For the same rate, many other hotels nearby offer far better quality.

We booked a family room that was truly gigantic and fully equipped, especially the double shower in the bathroom, which was spectacular. The pool area had a ping‑pong table and a billiard table, and the owner was very friendly and kind. They also organized a dolphin‑watching trip for us. The only downside was the proximity to the mosque; at 5 am the muezzin could be heard loudly, though you eventually get used to it. The location is a bit far from Lovina’s restaurant area and requires crossing a fairly busy street.

Only stayed here for one night so we could do the dolphins. Room was clean and spacious and very good value for money. Just what we needed. Pancakes at breakfast was yummy. Plenty of things for the kids to play with. Decor was really funky Good pizza restaurant 5 min walk They held our luggage after checkout while we did the dolphins. As previous reviews state the prayer does wake you. The family room is up many stairs so not good when you have lots of luggage and kids. Breakfast staff didn’t speak good English but they were lovely and polite and committed with Google translate. I don't speak any balanese so thats also on me
