Hamza is the best part of the place; he secured us tickets for the nighttime show, arranged transport to Abu Simbel, and rode behind us on his motorcycle to guide us wherever we stopped. We would definitely return to this accommodation. Nothing else to complain about, everything was great.

No me alojé en éste establecimiento por múltiples de razones, 1 cuando llegamos no había nadie en la entrada, simplemente le.avisaron a mi esposo por telefono que las.llaves estaban en la puerta 2 la habitación estaba sucia cuando subimos a mirarla, 3 habian cucarachas y todo estaba completamente desordenado por donde pasaras, 4 llegó una persona que no.era el responsable del establecimiento y fue completamente mal educado y nos ignoró por.completo, he pedido la devolución del dinero pero el establecimiento no me quiere responder. NADA nos gustó NO LO RECOMIENDO, si no quieren pasar un mal rato pueden saltarse el pensar en alojarse en este establecimiento

The shower was great, the AC was strong, and we had direct balcony access and good Wi‑Fi; the mini‑bus station was a short walk away. Breakfast was fine and there was free airport pickup. However, there are no restaurants within a 10‑minute walk; you have to walk down a dusty dirt road to find one. The room has no exterior window, feels like it’s on the edge of town with desert beyond.

距离汽车站很近，比较方便. 1.首先入住的时候前台没人，打了电话等了二十多分钟才来人 2.我们第二天早上想去神庙，怕自己找车不方便，于是问了前台人员帮忙找车，前台答应我们第二天六点车会来接我们并商量好了价格，结果第二天没有车，我们打电话给前台也不接也找不到人，一直到七点多他才给我们打电话，说司机睡着了。。。 3.早餐一开始说是八点，后来说是八点半，我们一直等到九点，也没有等到早餐。然后就去坐车也没吃上饭，后来我们上了车好像是民宿的人骑摩托车追上来送了我们两瓶水，就挺无语的，只住了一天就这样。。。不想给早餐或者有什么问题也可以直接说一下，我们着急坐车因为坐车晚的话这里天气会很热。。

The hostel was very pretty, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. Above all, Ahmed’s hospitality and kindness stood out: he took me to a restaurant for lunch, then picked me up, and also brought me to Abu Simbel for free—something not many people do. His friendliness and hospitality are flawless. Wishing you all continued success on that path; it will serve you well.
