I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of the city, surrounded by rich history and culture. The hotel itself was spotless and welcoming, and I was impressed by the convenient parking options available. While everything went smoothly during my stay, I didn't encounter any major issues to speak of.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. Although not everyone spoke English, the translator made everything work smoothly. I stayed for almost a week and was sad to leave. The location is perfect, with the castle, market, and other essentials within walking distance. The hotel has a garage, but be aware that only cars without a roof rack can fit due to the low ceiling.

We were blown away by the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They genuinely went out of their way to help us with everything, without being pushy or trying to sell us anything. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The only thing I'd mention is that the room was functional but lacked a bit of charm. You shouldn't expect too much in terms of ambiance, but everything worked perfectly.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our car in the garage and our luggage at the reception even after check-out time. They even personally escorted us to a nearby currency exchange office, despite not speaking English. We had no issues communicating, and their willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.
