I really liked my time here; from the moment I arrived the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. Mr Mohamed made a big difference—the staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was a highlight for me. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable, and it was on the top roof facing the pyramids, so I would happily stay here again.

The view of the pyramids from the terrace was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the room was welcoming, and the breakfast was decent. The guy at reception was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not clean, which is a downside that lowers the overall rating, and the shower water was limited.

It was a ghost place. No one lived there. We did not stay. No one was there.

The stay was flawless; the rooftop dinner with a view of the pyramid was unforgettable, the hot water was good, the bed was spotless, and the host promptly handled every issue—I'll definitely return if I go back to Giza.
