The Clarion Hotel Stavanger is situated in Stavanger's heart, a 5-minute walk from Kirkegata pedestrian street. Scandinavian-style rooms with flat-screen TVs, Duxiana beds, and designer furniture are offered. The hotel features a restaurant serving modern bistro dishes, panoramic views from the 14th-floor, and artworks by Kjell Pahr Iversen. Stavanger Train Station is 300 metres away, and Stavanger Archaeological Museum is an 8-minute walk.

The location is good, close to the pier and old town, staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is abundant. A 24‑hour parking lot right next to the hotel is very convenient.

Location and Breakfast is good. The restaurant staff and chef special foods on our stay were very good. The roads are closed due to maintenance work for a long term, the hotel should have sent or made a notice to their customers. We drove more than 1 hour around the hotel. Fortunately a local couple helped us to find it and guided us to drive in. The reception staff were not very helpful as well

Excellent location right in the centre. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfasts with a very wide selection of dishes – one of the best hotels I've stayed in from that perspective.

The drive to the hotel involved a detour; I think they were aware beforehand and could have just sent an email to inform us.
