Although there is an elevator, the hotel's accessibility is only partial because you have to climb a few steps to reach it, which caused some discomfort for the wheelchair user. We had informed them beforehand that a wheelchair‑using guest would be staying, but they did not mention the stairs.

The restaurant served good food and the service was excellent, but the room was a nightmare—they gave us a double bed and then squeezed two single beds on top of each other, making for a terrible night.

Check‑in was quick. The cleaning could have been better and the breakfast ran out of cold cuts and they didn’t restock them.
