They offered a large room for a few hours when I told them I wanted to sleep.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was generally clean. The location was also convenient. The staff were not very professional or helpful during our stay. We were also asked to pay an additional charge for a baby crib, and there was no breakfast available, which was disappointing

An exceptional stay in terms of location, close to all of West Amman's landmarks, easy access to and from the airport, and the hotel staff are among the finest I have ever dealt with.
