The staff waited for guests to arrive home no matter the time, but I had to pay extra for my partner and expected a per‑room charge instead of per person.

The room was clean, but the bathroom taps were broken and we struggled; we had to wash daily and there was no remote for the gate, making it hard every time we needed to leave or enter the property.
