“The place was really terrible”

The location was fine, but everything else was awful: the bedsheets were dirty with hairs and dust, the bathroom was messy, the doorknob was broken, and the heating didn’t work the first night so I was freezing. I texted the staff about the heating, but got no reply.

Nothing. The room had no heating and was absolutely freezing. No staff arrived for 30 minutes, and it took an hour to get the bedroom code. The room stank and was full of condom wrappers—horrible.

“Diabolical Owners- terrible people. Tragic experience.”

TV and WiFi available. No heating - very cold as boiler kept breaking down Door locks were key code entry - my phone broke on arrival, so i was unable to gain entry due to code for front door and bedroom door were sent via WhatsApp and both were different - also meant access to premises was slow New arrivals would bang on front door as they could not use the key code entry mechanism There was No access to back yard Oven did not work for duration of stay Cold floors so you can't walk barefoot But by FAR the worst part of the experience was the Owners - they only reply to what they want - very SLOW reply and they ended my stay 1 week early and called police on me because I let a friend stay in my room. They Owners chucked my personal belongings around, argued with me and tried to get physical before the police arrived. Terrible experience and diabolical people. If I could share videos on this app I would!

Nothing good. The photos on the listing were misleading. After booking, the host told me on the day of check‑in that he was assigning me a room in a different property a mile away from the listed one. That place was a shit hole: no water, dirty bathrooms and kitchens, and dirty linens. The host should be blocked.
