Modern camera, impeccable cleaning, and a convenient location close to the center of Villasimius. The owners are genuinely kind and helpful, and it’s a real pleasure talking with them. Great value for money.

A tiny but lovely breakfast pension with only three rooms. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for beaches and restaurants. The location is fantastic: restaurants and dreamlike beaches are right nearby. There are plenty of free public parking spaces. The room was large, modern, and very clean. Every day a delicious and varied breakfast was served. Free beach umbrellas and loungers can be borrowed. Each room comes with its own fridge with freezer, cooling packs, and a small cooler bag. A shared kitchen is also available. The center of Villasimius is just a few minutes’ walk away. We would book here again anytime.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were very sweet and the breakfast was excellent. The facilities were also great (beach umbrella, etc.). Nothing to complain about.

The hosts were very nice and constantly worked to ensure we had a perfect holiday. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The garden breakfast deserves an extra star.

We stayed here for four nights on 15th of August 2025, and that explains why the average review score is five stars! The best part of the stay were the hosts Sabine and Francois, the nicest people you can meet, and you could sit and chat with them for ages… Francois spoke perfect English and Sabine spoke enough for us to communicate well… and they both tried to teach us Italian, which was awesome. They served a delicious breakfast every morning in the beautiful courtyard. The room was absolutely perfect, huge with two balconies, all the amenities you could ever want, and very modern. There's a shared kitchen area and you have a fridge to yourself, which is great. Great location within walking distance to the middle of Villasimius, and also close to a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Plenty of places to park, including a large car park at the back of the property. Beach umbrellas and chairs that you can borrow to take to the beach were very handy and a nice touch. We wished we booked longer, but I guess we'll just have to come back one day. The only downside was that we didn’t stay longer.
