Great location. Free shuttle to Disneyland and the airport! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a bucket with a medicine pack for feet soaking as well as a massager!

The staff were helpful and everything they offered was included, but the facilities felt old.

The hotel staff were super friendly and always went the extra mile. The train station is just a 10‑minute walk from exit 1, and a 40‑minute train ride takes you to eastern Nanjing, all easy to navigate. The price you pay matches what you get, and there’s a McDonald’s right next door.

The rooms and the whole hotel look luxurious. The location is good—20 minutes by free shuttle bus to PVG, 10 minutes walking to metro line 2 to the city center, close to many shops, restaurants, and Chuansha Park. The buffet is fantastic with both Asian and Western food. Our room had a strong smoke smell; even after we switched rooms the new one still had a weaker smoke odor, as did our children’s room. I’d suggest the hotel separate smoking and non‑smoking rooms.

The service was great and the breakfast was delicious, and the value for money really impressed me; they offered on‑the‑hour airport shuttle bookings and even free laundry, plus a Disney shuttle that only ran two times in the morning and we caught the last bus back after the fireworks, which felt a bit rushed, and the driver always checked our numbers. The area around the hotel is packed with convenient places to eat like Mixue Bingcheng, spicy hot pot and grilled skewers, making it very handy, and for the price and service I think it’s a solid deal. The only drawback was the subway noise, which might bother light sleepers, but since we didn’t go to bed until after 11 pm and got up around 8 am it was tolerable given the overall package.
