The location, welcome, host availability, cleanliness, and excellent, abundant breakfast were all great. The only minor flaw was that the sink and bidet faucets had limescale; I’d recommend checking them.

The location was super convenient, just off the highway and a short walk from Sansepolcro and Anghiari. The host was very courteous and even lives on the premises if you need any help. The room is huge, perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Even though it’s in a residential area, the property sits deep in the countryside, completely silent. The value for money is impressive. The attic has low spots; watch out if you’re taller than 1.80 m. The breakfast is plentiful, but I’d add more fresh items instead of just packaged ones.
