Very bad service

I liked the privacy, easy access, and low noise. The accommodation is close to the beach, a restaurant, and a 7‑Eleven, which adds convenience. The atmosphere is good. 1. The last time I visited, the sauce splashed onto the bed table and the end of the bed, and there was a spill on the floor that made it slippery and seemed unprepared. 2. The phone number provided in the app was hard to reach; the door was locked, I pressed the button and waited 10‑15 minutes, and even after returning from shopping, no one contacted me. The door stayed locked until a resident came back from shopping and opened it, so I went in to check. I found the contact number on the table did not match the one in the app, but I was able to reach the accommodation.

I couldn't locate a Sorot Darika at the address listed, and the phone number given belonged to someone unrelated to the accommodation.

The hotel sits in a handy spot near Jomtien Beach, but we were shocked to learn there were no elevators, which meant our two rooms were on the third and fifth floors. We asked to switch them closer together or nearer the lobby, but were told we were deprioritized in favor of a guest with a bad leg, and moving to the second floor would cost an extra 900 THB. We kept the rooms, only to find they were not cleaned properly: one had hair strands and a random toothbrush on the floor, plus stained sheets; the other had sand on the bed. One room even lacked complimentary toiletries and water bottles, so we had to go back to the lobby to request them, and they only offered shower gel. The only staff member we interacted with was the man who checked us in and gave us the items, which made me wonder about staffing. There was no room service; when someone asked for a room cleaning, he curtly told us to do it ourselves. Checking out was just a small box on an unmanned lobby desk where we could drop our keys.

The new bathroom is spacious, the room is roomy, there's a refrigerator, and the bed is comfortable. However, there is no elevator, so staying on the top floor is quite uncomfortable with very high steps and a narrow staircase. The window looks out onto a neighboring wall.
