I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a wonderful room with an incredible view, but my initial experience was marred by a rather unpleasant surprise. Upon entering my room, I was dismayed to find insects stuck to the curtains, which was certainly not what I expected from such a lovely establishment. However, to their credit, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and resolved it on the same day, restoring my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious, and warm, with a great shower and hot water readily available. I also appreciated the hotel's modern amenities and flexibility with early check-in, which was a nice perk.

I was impressed by the room's spaciousness and the fact that it had everything I needed. The view was also great, but the hotel's location wasn't exactly close to the central square of Huancayo. Unfortunately, my reservation didn't include breakfast, so I couldn't comment on that. However, the hot water issue was a major problem - it didn't heat the water properly, and I had to wait for a long time, ultimately taking a cold bath.
