The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful
Conveniently located and easy to find off the highway
The rooms were spotless, and the staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene
The breakfast was excellent, and I didn't have any other major complaints during my stay

The spot is great and the breakfast is nice, but the hot tub was broken the whole week, which was disappointing.
“Didn’t stay.”
Nothing was good; the front desk agent was not welcoming, she was very rude and got even ruder when I didn’t fall for her scam about paying for a room I had already paid for.
It’s close to 380 and Collins Road, the bed is comfortable, but there was a stale smoke smell and it felt overpriced.

We ran into another family at breakfast, but it was still nice to have the choice; overall we were more than pleased and can’t think of anything that wasn’t great—keep up the good work!

Breakfast was plenty and met expectations, the lobby looked clean, but we had to get new sheets for one bed because it had hair and rips; I was also disappointed we couldn’t get two rooms next to each other, though I understand that was mainly due to my late booking, and the price was too high for the value.
