A nice traditional house but the “alternative” hostel vibe works for budget travellers. The dorm‑style bunkhouse is for those on a budget; paying an extra 500 yen to park when there’s a lot of free parking felt a bit off.

The owner was very friendly and taught me a lot about the local area. If the bedroom’s airtightness were a bit better, I could sleep better even in the middle of summer.
