The spot right by the water with beach chairs was great, the décor was tasteful and modern, and the staff were very friendly. However, for the price we were disappointed by many things: the room was small, the seating area was not cozy, the bedroom was tiny with no storage or space for a suitcase, the bathroom had a window that couldn’t open, and on sunny days when everyone was out, we ended up sitting on each other.

The cleanliness, unique location, quietness, and prices were excellent; the on‑site processing was smooth, Frau Schöner left no wish unfulfilled, she was helpful during the three days, the apartment’s equipment was simply great, and arriving felt comfortable and worry‑free. Nothing was missing.

It was spacious with a great view of the harbor and the surfing bay, though the TV didn’t work, which we didn’t miss.

The location is wonderful, right in the little harbor, and the furnishings are superb and very tasteful; we rarely find a vacation rental as clean as this one. I can’t think of any negatives.
