The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the zócalo and the streets feel safe even at night—but the housekeeping didn’t replace the towels on two of the four nights, even though we reported it and they responded promptly.

The place is quiet, clean, and the service is very good. The staff at Mi viejo Café were excellent. The only thing that bothered me was that the rolled blinds on the windows let in light both day and night, which was uncomfortable because it hit my face. They should pay more attention to the blinds.

I didn’t like anything except the breakfast, which was very poor and expensive. The attitude, cleanliness, and breakfast were nothing like other places—pale, no bread, tiny portions, not recommended.

Everything was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel has no parking; you have to leave your car at a private lot.
