“Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff”

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful heated indoor saltwater pool. All the water comes fresh from the mountain and you can see the spring water coming through into a well. The breakfast with made to order espresso drinks (barista was top notch) and good variety they had meats, cheeses, eggs, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, etc. the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. The old town and bazaar area was just an 8 minute walk up the hill, great location to explore from. Important to know that parking is down the hill with stairs directly up to the back of the hotel. Not inconvenient but worth noting for those who plan on taking the car out often

The place, but the staff at the reception seemed not in a good mood; I had a birthday and no birthday wish came from the team. We left the room at 10 o’clock and returned after 2 pm and the room was not cleaned by then.

“Super schöne, gepflegte und gehobene Unterkunft”

A very nice little hotel, with tasteful décor, a small salt‑water indoor pool and a lovely outdoor pool area. Breakfast was also good. The view of the Gjirokastra castle and the surrounding mountains was fantastic. Plus, the place isn’t right in the daily tourist bustle, but the old town is still just a 5‑minute walk away.

Everything, everything, everything 😄 The whole staff was super friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, the rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, the décor was lovely… and of course the spa! The only hiccup was getting into Gjirokaster by car without knowing where to drop off my luggage, which made me a bit nervous. In reality, you can drive up to the entrance, leave your bags, and then park your car in the hotel’s parking just a little lower, which is totally walkable.
