Equipment was fine, but parking in the area was impossible, and the arrival and departure messages came too late. On top of that, they blamed me for not knowing where to leave the keys (the instructions arrived after 11 AM on the day of departure).

I liked having a small kitchen and the room’s size and bed. The check‑in window was only 3 hours, but they let me in an hour early, which was nice. I miss having a window to the outside; the curtains on the hallway windows are a let‑down. I already told the manager there was no direct phone to call, and on the first night the lights went out at 10 pm, so I couldn’t heat dinner, charge my phone, or use the radiator; power returned at 5 am. I tried reaching someone several times but got no response. The minimum stay for my dates was 3 nights, but I’d have preferred 2 nights and then a one‑night return trip—there was no option for that.

The room had everything needed to feel comfortable; everything was brand new and cozy. I was very relaxed and felt at ease. The water was hot and, despite having only one radiator, I never felt cold—contrary to other comments. It should have some natural light; the whole day is lit artificially, which feels a bit dreary. It’s the first time I was charged 15 € that wasn’t listed anywhere for having someone come to the apartment for check‑in; that felt exploitative.

Diana is very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. The room is very comfortable and fully equipped. A shopping center with Mercadona is nearby, and there are frequent bus and Renfe services.
