Everything was fine, but one small thing surprised us: there was a lot of noise under the rooms until the night of the celebration, so we stayed up until about 24:00, after which it was very quiet.

The building is brand new, the rooms modern, the bed large and comfortable; we were alone, it’s not fully operational yet, services are incomplete, and cleaning needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is easy to locate and gives a good first impression. Even though it’s on the street, we managed to get a quiet room, and from there we’re a short walk to the "Apuseana" mountain road. The place is still fairly new and not fully finished – some cables still dangle from the ceiling. There’s a nice forecourt with Hollywood swings, but the pond looks neglected. Two staff members greeted us and then left us alone until the next morning; we were basically the only guests and the only people in the hotel.

The building is modern and fresh. When we arrived there was no staff present and no instructions on what to do. I had to call them; they said they'd arrive in 5 minutes, but they actually showed up after 15. The lady who came didn’t speak much English. We weren’t given the Wi‑Fi code or breakfast details. Breakfast was delayed and chaotic, and the balcony was covered in pigeon droppings. Very unprofessional.
