“Loved it! So beautiful!! Can't wait to return!”
Everything was absolutely gorgeous – the grounds were beautifully kept, the staff were excellent, and the room was superb; I loved it, and there was nothing wrong.

Breakfast was excellent and the dining room was stunning, but some staff struggled to communicate in English.

The hotel stands out in one of the world's most famous wine regions, with a modern, luxurious design, a lovely spa, and an inviting swimming pool; the service at the front desk and during breakfast is attentive and courteous, and there is truly nothing missing. The only issue is that some guests seem to think they can buy privileges with money, and it feels unacceptable for people to come to breakfast in bathrobes and slippers or to swim too close to the pool – the hotel management should enforce clear etiquette since guests pay for a proper experience.

The restaurant was superb, with knowledgeable and very friendly staff, and the grounds were stunning. The only drawback was that breakfast wasn’t available before 7:00 AM.

A gorgeous hotel with lovely surroundings, but the room feels tiny for the high price; it does have a charming porch overlooking the vineyards. The staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty, though we missed the restaurant because it was fully booked by outside diners—there should be a few tables set aside for guests. The shuttle bus added a lot of convenience. The main downside was the small room for the steep cost.
