Everything was fine, and there were no issues.

The room was terribly dirty, the staff were rude and unkind, and the necessary supplies were not provided correctly; check‑in and check‑out times were not respected, and I felt I almost lost my money.

I'm not sure what to say about this place - it was just okay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable. But it wasn't particularly memorable or anything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the comfortable room, which was exactly what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel. However, the toilet could use some improvement, and the pillows were a bit worn out. I've had similar experiences at other hotels, so it's not like it's a unique issue here.
