Nothing. Nothing about the experience was satisfactory. At first contact we met someone who looked unkempt, spoke no English, and showed absolutely no sense of hospitality—it was terrible. I used gestures to ask where things were, but he made me feel as though I had to figure it all out on my own. Once we arrived in the room, everything smelled bad; the room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was not hygienic either—a real shame. The only positive aspect was that the dog seemed to be okay. I want a refund!
