“No volvería a quedarme en ese hotel”
The hotel staff were very nice and helped me solve the issues I had, which made my stay manageable, and the breakfast was tasty with a delicious costeño sauce! 😅 Unfortunately I was disappointed when I received my room on the third floor, which looked nothing like the photos on the booking profile; it was in poor condition, the shower had black spots, and other details were bad. The sheets were dirty. Since I was staying only one night, I asked for new sheets, but the staff chose to move me to a different room, which matched the photos. My suggestion is that they show the true state of each room type.
