Staff were super friendly and made me feel confident about everything. The spot is right in the middle of everything, which was a huge plus.

We booked a triple but got a double‑room set up. When the staff realized the third guest, they handed us a used, unmade bed that belonged to another guest, promising we could cancel free of charge – yet I still got a penalty on Booking.

The place was tidy, but there were no common spaces and the kitchen was off‑limits. All the bathrooms were shared, so privacy was practically non‑existent, and the owner would wander through the rooms in her own clothes, even greeting us wrapped in a towel.

The house sits right on the main street of Jardín, close to the park, shops and restaurants, and Myriam was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty place, but the bug control was poor – I got bitten a couple of times – the beds felt a bit hard, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach every room well.
