The place is a 20‑minute walk from the center (not close to the promenade or malls); for those seeking quiet, there are some shops and bookstores within walking distance, but no restaurants.

The room was filthy; the bathtub was dirty with a clogged smell, and after a shower the water rose from the drain. The bed linens weren’t changed, leaving us with rashes and itching after the stay. The room was spacious and even had a nice kitchenette, but there was no sink, making cooking a hassle. The balcony was dirty and had no lighting. Despite the price, the value was as expected. It could become great with a bit more touch and cleanliness, but that’s not happening. Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness.
