Everyone really tried to make the stay a great experience and pamper you. The welcome was fantastic. It was quiet and very well kept. Breakfast and dinner were a feast for the eyes and very tasty. The only thing missing was a TV to watch a quick movie.

The idea of a small hotel with very personal rooms and a friendly, attentive staff is well thought out; every morning my wife’s gluten‑free breakfast came with a homemade surprise, and the dinner kitchen was always flexible and great.

The food was absolutely fantastic, with breakfasts and dinners finely tuned to culinary detail; the staff were very kind and helpful, and the overall level of service and the beautiful surroundings were impressive. However, the mattress was very soft and caused back pain (subjective, but worth noting). We stayed in one of the cottages on the property and felt it could benefit from a minor renovation; there was no desk, no coffee maker, no TV, and an ugly extension cord that could be hidden. The private pool area felt a bit cramped, and given the luxury of the accommodation (and price), I expected more attention to detail.
