We had a lovely stay. The staff were so warm and helpful as we navigated our trip. Wonderful location and hospitality. Book if you can!

The place had an awesome location and the staff were great, even pointing out excellent restaurants; the breakfast was excellent in a delightful setting, yet our room, while lovely and with a closet, lacked hooks for damp towels or laundry.

The location was great, with an easy walk to shops, bars, and restaurants, and it was convenient for public transport drop‑offs and pick‑ups; however, buses heading to the palaces were often very full and Uber taxis were hard to catch. We followed the staff’s advice before arrival and parked at San Pedro Penafarim car park. Breakfast was superb and the beds were comfortable, but the rooms lacked air‑conditioning, so we used a fan. An alarm sounded at 0500 that morning, which the staff handled the next day.
