The facilities look great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is quite generous—everything is good. The only downside is the limited variety at breakfast and the arrival path is a bit tricky.

The spa and jacuzzi were nice, and both dinner and breakfast were generous. The dinner felt a bit pricey, the dishes were simple with little variety, the drinks were basic, and a friend took me to Yupanqui for dinner where we paid much less.

The view is great, but the room, the staff’s lack of willingness to help, and the overall lack of maintenance in the services offered were disappointing.
