We ran into trouble checking in because they don’t accept arrivals after 00, yet we had selected that time on the booking page and didn’t understand why it was accepted; then they cancelled our stay to avoid us leaving feedback, showing no empathy or effort to help my elderly parents avoid sleeping in the car, and the breakfast we paid extra for was not worth the money.

The lady in kitchen was nice and polite. Our stay was very disappointing. We paid £430 for 4 nights for 5 people with breakfast, and this place is definitely not worth that money. Upon arrival, the apartment was dirty, with uncleaned floors and a very unpleasant odor. There were cobwebs in the corners, a hole in the bedsheets, a torn window curtain, and a broken shower head in the bathroom. When we informed the host, he was unhelpful, made excuses, and refused to fix the issues on the same day. The service and hygiene standards were completely unacceptable for the price. I strongly do not recommend this place
