I booked this place a couple of months ahead for two separate stays, paid and got confirmation, but when I got to the door I learned I wasn’t actually allowed to stay. I first thought I’d missed the check‑in window, so I requested early check‑in five days in advance for the second visit, messaged the day before to confirm, only to find out that morning that I couldn’t check in at all. Don’t pay in advance or pick a refundable option, and double‑check the confirmation before you arrive.
