The location, the café, and the cleanliness were good. However, when we ordered something, it kept taking too long, and at reception there was no priority or speed; everything was very slow and we had to wait a lot.

كل شي أعجبني موظفين الاستقبال وأبو أحمد صياد والكابتن. وحقين البوفي والهندي. حق لي ينقل العفش صراحه يعطهم ألف ألف ألف عافيه ماقصر اشكر جميع طاق العمل بالمنتجع الدولفين. لا يوجد شي كل شي تمام

The reception team was nice. The furniture was old and worn out; the room was dirty, with visible and heavy dust on the furniture, clearly not prepared before we received it. The biggest annoyance was the presence of bed bugs. We asked for extra towels, and the request required repeated calls to reception to delay the provision of towels, which was disappointing.

The resort was beautiful and beachfront, and the accommodation was comfortable. Reception staff didn’t know any English, making communication very difficult. Rooms only had one towel, and the bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning and maintenance.
