The hotel sits very well near Neuschwanstein Castle and the ticket office, and the staff were pleasant. The room was nice and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The location near the Königsschlössern is perfect, but for a longer stay it feels too touristy in Hohenschwangau. The balcony offers a wonderful view of Neuschwanstein. The rooms are simple, and the breakfast is “normal.” The staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast could have included fresh fruit and vegan options.

The receptionist was very welcoming, check‑in was quick, and the room was fantastic with a view of the castle. It was very clean and comfortable. We dined in the restaurant where Lana, our waitress, was engaging, polite, and funny. The location was great, just a short walk to a chapel and the lake. Parking was right opposite the hotel, and the attendant was very friendly.

The location is very good, but the room is very small and warm.

Pleasantly surprised at the modern quality yet still very Bavarian feel. The restaurant is very handy and breakfast was excellent. You could not ask for a better location. Beds comfy and shower hot and good pressure. Paying for parking is a trigger for me when paying for accommodation but it was reasonable and close by
