I arrived to find the small area right in the check‑in lobby poorly stocked, with no staff around to monitor or replenish supplies; the cereal was stuck together as if it had been wet or stale. The picture on the website was far from the room we received. I asked for a handicap‑accessible room, but was told it was… and neither the room nor the restroom could accommodate my husband's wheelchair. The room was dirty, the floor had a gash, the walls had holes, mold grew on the windows, we had to kill an unidentified bug, and the sink was cracked and patched together.
