We've stayed at this hotel many times in recent years, and it's super convenient for driving because you don't have to cut through the city from the highway. There's plenty of parking for anyone towing a trailer. The room we got this time was a lot better than the one we had just a week earlier. We noticed a table that was about to collapse because the bolts holding the legs were missing. When we told the front desk, a maintenance person came in less than 10 minutes to tighten all the bolts, which was quick service. The hot breakfast that day was as expected, though it was slightly different from the one we had a week before. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The table legs were so loose or missing that it seemed like the desk could fall over; even if the cleaning crew wiped the table, they would have seen how wobbly it was. I would have expected the cleaning staff to report this so it wouldn't be an issue for the next guest. One leg bolt was actually lying on the carpet, which couldn't have been missed if the area was vacuumed. It was an easy fix that took just 5 minutes with the right tool. The hotel has two elevators, but one had been out of service for some time, as it was still not working just a week before.
