“This is not a hotel. Check-in at a restaurant. Rude staff. Unsafe bags storage. Rooms are in various locations in town.”

This place isn’t a hotel. We had emailed beforehand to ask if we could drop off bags before check‑in and were told yes. When we arrived it turned out to be a restaurant, not a hotel. The staff were very unwelcoming and rude, telling us we could leave bags in the restaurant. It wasn’t a locked room, so anyone could have taken them. I returned at 2:30 pm, waited until 3:00 pm, and asked again. They knew I was there but wouldn’t speak to me. At 3:10 pm I asked once more if I could check in and they said no, so I held up my watch to show the time. The server then opened the book, handed me a key card, and pointed toward the street where the room was located – a five‑minute walk away. The room itself was fine, but the check‑in process and the unfriendly attitude were the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The bed was comfortable, but the place was very dirty; used dishes and silverfish were spotted. The elevator stopped working late in the evening. The café staff were rather rude and surly instead of friendly. Breakfast was a joke—just a roll, a croissant, and an egg. If you want changes or to add cheese or sausage, or swap coffee for tea, you have to pay extra, which I've never seen before, especially at that price. Arriving outside the designated times is also more complicated than being a friendly guest.
