The location, staff, and proximity to Fabrika were excellent. The pool was very cold and there was no sun during the day, and the fridge was only for paid refreshments and not accessible to us.

The staff were all very helpful and professional, especially Margarita. We received a free room upgrade that we hadn’t requested, and the room was absolutely lovely—very clean and quiet! The only downside was that the mini‑bar was only available after checkout, and if you wanted to stay by the pool you didn’t get a key for a temporary shower room like many other hotels; you had to use the shower rooms next to the toilets by the pool.
