The service was very good and friendly, the place clean, comfortable, and well‑located, though the bathroom was outside the room but acceptable. I recommend it if you want easy access to Venice; the bus is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and Venice is 10 minutes by bus. The only downside is that some people smoke there and it smells a bit.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was excellent because the bus stop was nearby. The value for money was great. Highly recommended!
